I don't just believe in the purity of clear thinking and planning though. I'm something of a quality obsessives too. All my energy is focused on achieving high quality outcomes from initial conversations all the way through to project completion.
My mission is simple: to bring clarity to market-related problems. By doing this, I'm able to help marketers and entrepreneurs make positive, lasting and substantial improvements to the marketing performance of their business, and help them build great firms that attract, develop, excite, and retain exceptional people.
I set up Lucidity London in 2005 to handle the freelance work I occasionally take on, mentoring entrepreneurs and giving start-ups a boost with professional guidance around research, strategy and communication programmes.
Over the past 19 years, I've helped dozens of entrepreneurs inspire growth at their companies by blending customer analysis with clear insights and practical expertise in marketing planning, digital innovation and commercial operations.
